Return policy
1.1. We accept returns requests no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase. If you exceed this period, we will not be able to accept your order.
2. Terms:
2.1. لتكون مؤهلًا للاسترجاع، اولا يجب فحص المنتج تماما والتأكد بأن المواصفات التي طلبتها غير متطابقة كما في المتجر، يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة وغير تالفة. يجب أن تكون المنتجات في نفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها ومرفقة بالعبوات والوثائق المرفقة.
3. How to submit a return request:
3.1. لتقديم طلب استرجاع، يُرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء عبر [معلومات الاتصال](الرابط أو البريد الإلكتروني). يُرجى تقديم تفاصيل الطلب ورقم الفاتورة أو رقم الطلب لتسريع عملية المعالجة، بالإضافة إلى تصوير المنتج وشرح الخلل.
4. Retrieval Process:
4.1. After receiving the return request, our team will review the data and estimate the condition of the products to be returned. If the return is approved, you will be advised of additional instructions on how to return the products.
5. Return fees:
5.1. لن يتم ارجاع مبلغ الشحن، لذلك يرجى التأكد تماما قبل طلب المنتج.
6. Refund:
6.1. The return will be processed and the products will be inspected once they are received and ensure they meet the conditions. A refund will be issued on the same method as the original payment.
